Products and orders
We sell raw cards, graded cards and sealed products. We inspect items before listing and aim to describe and photograph them accurately. Individual card photos show the exact card offered. A raw card’s condition is our assessment, not a guaranteed future grading result. A graded card’s grade and certificate are attributed to the grading company shown. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. We’ll confirm your order after checkout and payment. If a stock error prevents fulfilment, we’ll contact you and offer an appropriate refund.
Payment, offers and delivery
Online checkout will use a secure third-party payment provider when connected. Until then, contact us for enquiries or offers. Available payment methods will appear at checkout once enabled. We do not ask for card details over WhatsApp or email. Submitting an offer is an enquiry, not a purchase or reservation. We may accept, decline or counter it. If accepted, we’ll send payment instructions or a checkout link. The offer remains open for six hours from our acceptance message unless agreed otherwise. An item is reserved only when we expressly confirm it.
We sell to South African delivery addresses only. Shipping rates and dispatch estimates appear on the Shipping & Collection page and at checkout. Free collection is available at the address above during listed hours once we confirm the order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and suitable identification.
Returns, website and complaints
The Returns & Refunds page explains cancellations and remedies. Your statutory consumer rights always apply. Use the website to browse, enquire and shop without interfering with its operation or submitting misleading information. Our original site content and branding may not be reused without permission. Pokémon names and third-party marks belong to their owners; Poké Vendor is an independent seller, not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company.
